Bodywork Session Courtesy Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their appointment. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the session rate. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.

Each service is intentionally prepared and reserved exclusively for you. As such, all services are non-refundable once rendered.
Prepaid sessions, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you need to adjust your appointment, our cancellation policy applies.
In the event a service cannot be provided due to circumstances on our end, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future service.
